PHASE 3 — CONNECT YOUR PRIMARY DATA (MANDATORY)
Necessary for Guardian to access logs, chats, and records.
Utilize two screens:
- System Administration → Business Systems — manage OAuth and syncs (primary action)
Connections (main menu) — monitor health and status only
Avoid linking via Connections exclusively.
Initial checklist:
- Getting started complete (account and workspace)
AI Providers linked
IT admin approval for Google, Azure, Slack, or Jira as needed
Suggested initial integrations:
- Google Workspace — Gmail and Drive
Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Guide:
- 1. Navigate to System Administration → Business Systems
2. Choose your platform → Select Connect
3. Authorize via OAuth in your web browser
4. Revert to OCI once authorized
5. Allow time for the first synchronization
6. Verify the Connections tab for active status
7. Query Guardian: Which environments are linked and when was the last sync?
Guardian must identify your platform. If not, verify workspace sync.

- Guardian & Review Module → /guardian-and-review

Error Handling:
- OAuth error — use private mode or check IT permissions.
Data missing — allow more time for cloud syncing.
Guardian inactive — verify workspace alignment and sync logs.
Incorrect org — switch to the valid organization in settings.
